Push ups are a good way to naturally enhance your breasts. To do push ups, lie on your stomach and bend your knees, keeping your ankles crossed. Bend your elbows and put your hands palms down in front of your shoulders. Then straighten your arms and raise your body until you are balancing on your knees and palms. Make sure your forehead is parallel to the floor. Do not try to touch your chest to the floor, but lower your body so that only your upper arms are parallel to the floor. Hold your forearms grasped at the level of your shoulders. Pull them outward without releasing them. Repeat the exercise ten times.

Finger Lock

Keep your fingers curled and locked together at shoulder height, and then pull. Hold the position for five seconds. Repeat the exercise ten times.
